Jeannine Morse
President

Jeannine Morse serves as President and Managing Director for Talent Acquisition Advisory, LLC. The firm provides strategic consulting to companies and candidates resulting in impactful growth for companies and career advancement for candidates.

Prior to her 20 plus years in executive search and placement, Ms. Morse experienced a successful nursing career.  She worked in the specialties of public health, surgical services, geriatrics, behavioral health and consulting.

During her tenure in recruiting she has successfully executed searches on a broad geographical basis throughout the United States. These searches range from director and ‘C’ staff level to direct reporting functions such as program managers and highly specified technology leadership positions in healthcare, petrochemical, mining and information management.

Ms. Morse received her BSN degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York. She also completed postgraduate courses from the University of Rochester. She is a past District Governor for Lions Club International’s Alaska District 49A and a member of the International Franchise Association.

Aaron Morse

Ideally all career elements will show progress in one’s leadership and present new challenges. My career continues to take shape as I step further out in places never been before. My objective for many years has been helping people find and make their best career ‘next step’ that moves them progressively in the direction of growth success.

I have served in the military, worked bench chemistry, progressed into consultative sales in heavy industrial water treatment, and now, consultative staffing. During my career, my family and I have lived across the country, in Germany, Hawaii, and currently Alaska, where we have established our home and office locations.

Our staffing consulting work specializes in discipline engineers, medical and financial professionals. It is exciting to see the scope of challenges change for people as the technologies develop, especially as we continually strive to meet the cutting-edge needs of companies.

Matthew Morse

My journey in recruiting and staffing started in 1998 when I graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. After graduation, I joined my parents growing business and worked out of our Kenai office location. Over the years, there were many changes from moving out of our rented office space in Kenai and buying an office building in Soldotna to expanding and adding an office in Wasilla. I became a partner in 2005 and continued to build relationships with clients and candidates, many who I now consider friends. I have been successful in finding, attracting, and securing top talent for clients in the telecommunications, healthcare, construction, oil & gas, and mining industries. Searches we have filled range from technical non-degreed skilled workers to executives in multi-national fortune 500 companies. We are the solutions gap in talent acquisition providing the right talent at the critical time to facilitate success for clients. Our litmus test has always been if the people we bring are successful for our clients then we are successful.
