As most of us know, “good health” includes many facets of our lives. Staying mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy gives us more opportunities to grow and build success. Some employers are learning about and implementing “wellness programs” within their benefit packages to encourage and assist their employees in staying as healthy as possible for as long as possible. The positive outcomes from these programs will hopefully cause them to become more widespread and common.
